Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the Product, you can return your item along with the original tags and original packaging.All purchases have a 7 days return policy from the date of receiving the order. Refund policy will apply as per terms displayed on the product at the time of Purchase. Certain product may not qualify for the return policy. Please make sure that:

1. All tags are still intact
2. The product is unused, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and not damaged

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS

2. Returns under the 7 days window period:
   The returned Product will be assessed via quality checks if found to be fit to be returned, refund shall be processed within 7 business days to the original payment channel. After processing the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment service provider’s terms and conditions for whichCHI Brands and Fashion House / Mandaiee having no control shall bear no responsibility.
3. The products that do not meet the quality check criteria as mentioned above, will be returned back to the customer and the refund claim shall be rejected.
